Please note that all online sales are not affiliated with the retail store. If you make a purchase online, you can not enquire about it at one of the Abyss retail stores. All enquiries must be made through the website.
When purchasing items through the online store, please choose carefully as there are no refunds on change of mind.
Any sale or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
If you purchase formal wear, you can not return or exchange the purchased item, unless the exchange is in regards to the size of the item. In this case, we will happily exchange the item to the appropriate size, but the style will remain the same.
You can exchange casual wear within 10 days of purchase. Please note that in order for the exchange to be accepted, all tags must remain on garments. The condition of the item must be re-sellable. Abyss Clothing will not accept the exchange of any item that is considered used.
Please note that before an exchange can be done, you must contact the staff at Abyss for approval at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receiving the order.
Note: When exchanging an item, you must also provide a satchel for use in the exchange. Abyss Clothing does not cover the cost of the satchel for the exchange of goods.
Once payment has been received, the item will be shipped within 3-5 business working days. The item will be shipped via Australia Post.
